Extra Hour: $55 hour (plus GST)

4-Hour Pack*

$220 (plus GST) 

Extra Hours: $50 per hour (plus GST)

8-Hour Pack*

$360 (plus GST) 

Extra Hours: $40/hour (plus GST)

16-Hour Pack*

$640 (plus GST)

Extra Hours: $35/hour (plus GST)

*These hours can be used all at once or on different days.
Must be used within 45 days of purchase. No refunds on unused hours. 

Rental Conditions:

– These prices may vary based on amount of people and nature of event. Please complete application form below to provide more information.
– All group rental fees are to be paid upfront upon confirmation of booking.
– For cancellations made one full week before the reservation, a full refund will be given.
– For cancellations made less than one week before the reservation, a 25% fee will be retained.
– A credit card is required on file upon booking confirmation, in case of damage and/or for extra hours used beyond initial booking.
– 30 Minutes are included for set up and take down, prior to and following your scheduled event (for 8-hour and 16-hour packs only). Additional time needed in space for setup or cleanup will be billed accordingly (in consideration for others wishing to use the space).

Reasons not to book the space:

Yes! Some important things to consider:

1) The only way into our space is by taking five stairs. The building accessibility isn’t great for folks with mobility limitations, wheelchairs or strollers.

2) Parking can be a bit challenging for some folks. Most people park along the side streets or in the Value Village parking lot and have a short walk, but we totally get that this is not accessible enough for all.
